From start to finish, our wedding experts at Mt. Washington Florist will be there to provide assistance as you plan all of the floral details of your special day.

Over many decades in the wedding flower industry, we have developed a seamless process to make sure no detail is missed on your special day. Your wedding day should be entrusted to professionals whose impeccable reputation and attention to detail allow your special day to be everything you dream of.
We welcome brides to schedule a pre-consultation to discuss the desired look, feel, and overall vision for your wedding. This gives you a chance to get to know us and see if we'd be a good fit for you.
We will answer any preliminary questions regarding availability of certain flowers, or ideas about how to create the look you desire using fresh, in-season blooms. Budget and pricing quotes will not yet be discussed in detail.
You will have the opportunity to reserve your date should you decide you'd like to book with us.
Reserve Your Date
To ensure that every Mt. Washington Florist bride receives our full attention and the service she deserves, we book only a limited number of weddings on any given date.
As soon as you decide on a date and have chosen us to handle your flowers, give us a call to reserve your date on our wedding calendar. We require a $50 (+ tax) deposit which will be deducted from the total on your final bill.
Two or three months before your wedding, we will schedule a consultation appointment. The consultation will provide an opportunity to discuss everthing that pertains to the wedding and reception flowers.
At this meeting we will offer suggestions regarding styles of bouquets, flower selections, color combinations, price ranges, and you will let us know exactly what kind of look you have envisioned, down to the smallest details. We want to have everything planned out so that you have absolutely nothing to worry about on your big day!
Please bring any pictures that you have and any fabric swatches from the bride's and bridesmaids' dresses, if available.
Within a few weeks following the consultation, we will provide an itemized quote for everything we discussed. This gives you the opportunity to review your selections and make any revisions you deem appropriate. Maybe you would like additional flowers for the church or reception or find you need an extra boutonniere - any changes can be made at this point. Nothing is finalized until you have approved everthing.
Four weeks before the wedding, we require payment in full. Also, around this time, we will confirm all of the details regarding delivery times and location(s).
Your Wedding Day
When the day arrives, you can rest assured that your flowers will be perfect! Our staff has over 60 years of experience in the wedding industry, and can ensure that you will have no unpleasant surprises at the last minute. From your bridal and bridesmaids' bouquets to the last boutonniere, we will do everything within our power to make sure that your wedding flowers provide the look and feel that you have conveyed to us - a look and feel that is uniquely yours!
